Merle Mixell founded 4M Advisors with the vision of building a specialty consulting practice dedicated to solving the unique financial and operational needs of manufacturing and industrial service companies.

Merle has over 25 years of experience in financial management and CFO roles across a diverse range of industries and companies of various size. His experience includes working with business owners and executive teams to develop strategy, drive growth, and improve financial performance. This experience is supported by a solid background in financial management fundamentals, including accounting, budgeting & forecasting, contracts, process improvement, financial systems, and tax strategy, among others. Merle received a BS in Management from University of Illinois at Chicago and MBA with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
